This has been my point of contention and IMO a major source of divisiveness among the shareholders.

Cliff has done a poor job of building good will with the shareholders. With the events that have preceded good bad or ugly the BOD could have assauged much of the angst that a great number of shareholders have endured by providing timely communication. Most of the info gleaned in the past years has been by the shareholders via Pacers and other means and have been left to decipher and speculate what has occured or what is occurring.

I am hoping today turns a new page and moving forward the culture of secrecy is removed. I would love to have a feeling that my leadership has my best interests at heart. I don't feel that now and I could be wrong but the silence and history has left me in this position.
