The license fee installement referred to was for $1.5M. With Alliacense making a claim that $300K is owed to them as their "percentage", means that the new agreement has PDS owing Alliacense 20% of each license feed collected. With TPL claiming they're owed $225K of the $1.5M fee, that equates to 15% which is what the old agreement showed.

So what we can learn from that, I surmise, is that per the NEW CommAg that PTSC negotiated, Alliacense/Leckrone now gets AN ADDITIONAL 5% of each license fee as compared to what they were to get under the old agreement.

Brian, I'm sorry, I have to now agree with SGE1 that we should steer clear of instigating any disagreements with Leckrone, lest our side negotiate away our 50% altogether! lol
