Share buy back last qtr shown in 10k works out to UNDER .09/share. With current price at, say, .135 or so, that's a gain > 50% in 3-4 weeks. Sure, only around 0.1% of float was bought in, but the timing/price seem beneficial.
Besides, buybacks cost real money, but so do lawyering and expert witnesses. Management always must allocate scarce resources. At this juncture, looks as if they did this tiny bit well.
Anyway, it pleased me.
