Is it possible to ask if our royalties/settlement rates will be increased? Can this be discussed in a general manner?

I'd like to again thank all the power players here on this board who put in the time and let people like me in the know of these situations within PTSC. I have relied on all of your posts and research from both sides of the arguements....thanks
