I think it is pure speculation at this point about our chances in the ITC. We don't even have the opinion as to why we lost. Do we have enough to get by the narrowing language of the ITC claim construction? How much deference will the NDOC verdict change the outcome. The claim construction language was narrowed in the ITC is this the issue?
