That is a question. Another potential strategy, and I'm shooting from the hip, at the ITC is if the Commission does review Judge Gildea's ID then possibly we would settle with all US companies leaving Huawei, Samsung, etc., and try and play the political game with them to get the ID reversed. At least some law firms/lobbyist groups would back off and the argument could be made to both Dems and Reps that it is good for the USA. I'm not even sure how we would get that message out there. And for all I know Samsung and Huawei have factories in the US employing US workers, blah, blah, blah. And this is most likely message board thinking than having any practical application.
