According to the 10K:

"An Initial Determination was rendered on September 6, 2013 ... We expect to learn within 45 days of the date of the Initial Determination if the petition for review will be granted. "

I don't know if the government shutdown had any influence on legal deadlines - if not we should hear something on Monday/Tuesday latest if our appeal will be granted.

So I expect another quiet day today, with the recent experiences no one wants to anticipate a positive result...lol
