The term of the contract with Alliacense is for the life of the MMP licensing program if I remember correctly.

PTSC has stated in the recently filed 10Q that they feel it is in their best interests to keep the status quo to avaoid being in a situation of having to compete with TPL/Moore to license the MMP (paraphrased).

So you and Brian can beat this drum all you want. Ain't gonna happen.
