ease2002f, I 100% agree with your questions respectively the thinking behind:

TPL/Alliacense has become the main enemy of the MMP and its activities caused a lot of damage - and I still don't understand why they act as they do, because they could damage the biggest asset TPL/Alliacense has.

As I said before:
If there is any chance to get rid of TPL et al without destroying the value of MMP (mailny because the short remaining life time of the patents) I will definitely support it.
