I am not suggesting that we give the BoD a clean slate, because it is good to remember past mistakes when moving forward, so that mistakes are not repeated, I am, however, choosing to give them a chance to change our history in the weeks ahead. Hopefully, we will soon see if their efforts are genuine and if they are, indeed, working to increase share value.

You have always been more than fair on this board, Larry It doesn't matter how many shares you have, you have been a very valuable and respected member.
