HMMMMH!

I was under the impression that the decision of the NDOC was not only an affirmation of our patents but that we had finally received a legal and binding opinion of infringement, something that we all have wanted. The euphoria of that decision did not last very long now did it.

This is just yet another barrier that we have managed to strip away to our ultimate goal of seeing success in the form of siginifant rise in the rise of the share price. There are still yet rather annoying barriers before us, such as the appeals process.

Too many of us, myself included, had expected a rather glorious spectacular rise in our share price based on positive news. And it did not happen. And why did that not happen? Because the investment community were not impressed. There is no defintive revenue stream that suggests a signifcant profit.

So many people on this board have blamed the 3 stooges, otherwise known as Cliff, Gloria, and Johnson. Add to this the rather nefarious Leckrone. We are stuck with him until we can somehow find a way to take control of the MMP and whatever else we need to do.

I am so amazed of the lack of simple business knowledge of the people on this board. I know full well that I have just committed a form of Hari Kari but I must say this. You are children who have built a lemonade stand in front of your house. No one has stopped to buy your lemonade. You blame your Mother. You disregard the fact that on a busy day, at most there will be 2 maybe 3 people who drive by the house.

We are a penny stock. Let me repeat that --We are a penny stock! Not ExxxonMobil, not IBM, not Microsoft, or any other corporation I could possibly name. PTSC is a very speculative and very risky penny investment.

So much criticism has been directed to the 3 stooges, some, but not all of it justified. One poster recently stated that Cliff did absolutely nothing the entire weeka and is enjoying a glass of wine. I would like to know how that poster knows what Cliff did that week.

What, if anything, could they have done during the last how many years could they have done that would have raise the share price. Keep in mind that the share price is a function of investors interest and belief of financial gain, thus profit to the investor.

Lets review the issues of the past several years:

1. Multiple challenges (14.15,17 whatever) to our patents funded by the way by companies with considrable assests.

2. Legal challenges - oh hell this is the same as 1.

There were, of course, many false steps. The hiring of more than one fool to be CEO. There was at least one moron, who in my mind was so inept. If my memory, such as it is, he was quite welcome by the members of this board. He was flippant and not quite short of the necessary skills to lead a group on a shopping trip to the grocery let alone a start-up company.

The expectations of the members of this board, again I include myself, have been unrealistic. We thought we had a patent on water. You can put whatever business guru, successful investor in charge on PTSC it would still be where it is today. Unless, of course, you choose Donald Trump, then we have lost everything.

As pessimistic as this post appears I still believe in the value of MMP. I sincerely hope that we all benifit from what I believe to be an inherent value of the MMP. We just need to be realistic about our expectations. And we really need to stop assigning such evil intentions to those who may actually be working on our behalf. I would like nothing better than for Cliff, Gloria, and even Johnson to be sucessful. For if they are then we would also be sucessful.

Good luck to us all.
