To a degree, yes. But he, just like we, is disappointed in the size of the award in NDoC. It's what killed the planned PR blitz.

I actually discussed the TI 80,000 customers, capture 1% thing, and he recognized the potential (he was not aware of the 80,000 number). I addressed the volume concept, but he really didn't comment beyond suggesting it makes sense, which was probably him just being prudent in a conversation with a single shareholder.
