Here's the way I see the fluctution..and the reasons

Pre trial: We are sitting at .10..(all old BS is factored in...thats why we are at .10)

Initial Post trial: PTSC Wins!...Hooray we are legally valid and hope of awards....we shoot up to .25....money to come BUT

Post trial ladder: News gets out that PTSC awarded $958,000....1/10 of what we had asked. Investors realized...this is chicken feed.

PTSC falls back to .13....old BS factored and now worries of coninuing small settlements...the company plays possom...

So we are up 30% on the trial win...not bad but not what we hoped...

Until the ITC review....and need to collect $
