I wouldn't bet on anything changing at the NDoC. Wishful thinking. The ITC is where it is at. Regardless of the outcome at the ITC any interested party, and I mean anyone, would expect to understand what the plan will be going forward. Not knowing the quantity of targets and who has been identified to date is amazing. I would think everyone would agree with that and having people state numbers on a messageboard is no where near as believable as having the company know the total targets for their only revenue stream. Unfortunately, given those uncertainties and the lack of any cash inflow, we languish at 11 cents.
