The price will not move...because when PTSC does in fact ever issues a PR staing a dividend...I will then subject a post.. "PTSC is no good"...and new investors will be scared off and then I can add more shares of PTSC at .10...

Then I will post one saying "Hooray for PTSC...Cliff & Dan are just the best" and we will skyrocket to $10 a share as new investors will feed off my optomism.
