I doubt any NEW money will participate in a PATRIOT Auction. So we will be competing with ourselves, in a race to the bottom. IMO

Any sellers will want a, "BEST PRICE", and The ptsc treasury most likely would NOT have enough money to buy back enough shares, without depleting our cash reserves and putting our ability to fund any further Infringment prosecution efforts..

My preference would be to issue Dividends whenever there is sufficient funds to do so. IMO

PS We would be making history and get far and wide notice.. IMO
