needs to hear this, but our changed ACTIONS, our behavior and licensing practices needs to manifest the argument of WHY we had to make changes. They have to see/believe that it's real, that it IS the reason we accepted so little. Sure, some of this will likely come before a Jury too, but so what ? .. embrace it as evidence to support our legitimate demand for more appropriate fees. The other side will want to make a carnival out of it, make bad acts the focus of the trial; and that will have to be carefully managed.

Regardless, we need to show a sharp and decisive change in our SOP for Licensing; otherwise asking for higher fees than our 7 year history of voluntarily accepting is just blowing smoke.
