more sophisticated than anywhere else in the country. The Jury system is what we have, so any "weakness" by the use of the Jury system will have the same "perception, comfort, preconceived notions" elements to contend with.

Would you prefer a Bench Trial ?

You're right.. we catalogued Apple as a computer maker and HTC argued they were a phone maker.
