I agree... When I stated during the trial a verdict of infringement was all I wanted regardless of damage amount I was forseeing a conservative no willful tier3 award of ~$10M... not 1/10 that.. this amount was rediculous and certainly appears to have taken the teeth out of the infringement verdict.. Hopefully the Commision will see the injustice of the ID and grant our review.. It is the one event that can help give us our teeth back..
