Given that they infringe, I'd expect them to license at whatever is the highest rate. Honestly, HTC is making a very poor business decision by continuing to fight all the time. They should fight some but license the legit ones such as MMP. They know it. They are being more philosophical than business smart. I feel they'll eventually be slapped hard like blackberry.
