It technically doesn't matter to me, because I believe I understand what leadership's expectations were after the trial.

That said, since the CEO of the company was quoted as saying a "PR Campaign" was planned, but that the news media just didn't run far or fast enough with it, is not consistant with now saying that they never planned to unleash the hounds because a JNOV was always a possibility. Were that the case, why issue a PR on the court win before the motion deadline passed in the first place ? Oh, and by the way, the company only issued one formal PR, not two.

A "campaign" means that PTSC intended to do some series of acts, and a singular PR does not equate to a "PR campaign"; and no CEO would confuse those two meanings. Both Duck and your statements imply that had the media shown more interest in the verdict, other PTSC actions/exposures would have resulted.... and I agree with that.

In otherwords, now rationalizing that "the other shoe was yet to drop" indicates that control was with PTSC, and that the company elected to do nothing more. However, your and Duck's other offered explaination that ... "there was a major PR campaign planned and pursued via many media outlets immediately after the win in NDoC, but the value of the award was not adequately significant to garner any meaningful media attention" ... indicates that the reason why really nothing more than the verdict & PR coming out in a few trade/legal publications barely happened, was because the decision for the appearance of those reportings was out of the control of PTSC.

Those are two very different reasons why nothing more happened. My Conclusion....PTSC wanted the publicity, they wanted media to run with the story, unfortunately, they were unsuccessful in pulling the levers and managing to do so. Lets hope they've finally learned the value of signing up a serious, legitimate and proven PR firm to tell the story after these next rulings.

I'm just holding the company (and posters) accountable, and keeping the record straight; but thanks for your "help" ;)
