Just a thought …..because we are a public company and must report.. we have effectively made it impossible for people not to know the size of the license,,, in fact companies may just delay a signing to see how much was signed the ¼ before… going back to the court procedures in Texas…. Other companies had no idea who was true winner.. soon found out,,, after the Texas settlement we had 5 or 6 Licenses …. During that time having amounts not being known would have helped our cause out tremendously…. This I think is just a tactical fact and just pointing out something that has not beed discussed much....
