There is nothing wrong with your post other then the fact that you cut it way to short ..... I believe you could have expounded for at least another 100 paragraphs or so ......

Anybody who disagrees with what you wrote either has never been in business, has no idea of the history of PTSC, is a family member or friend of one of the perpetrators of our problems or is just an argumentative type.

Is there hope? We can always hope that Carl will use his ability as the PTSC rep at PDS to veto the deals that Leckrone has pushed on us or we can hope that Gloria uses her seat on the BK committee to inform them of how Leckrone is selling a significant asset of TPL at bargain basement prices and that they have the power through the courts to put an injunction on his licensing ability and the ask the Judge to put a party in charge who has experience with patent asset worth or we can hope that Cliff has an attack of conscious and resigns as "interim" CEO (how many years has he been interim?) and the board comes to me and allows me to pick the new CEO (I can name a dozen off the top of my head that would take less then Cliff and do 100x's the job he is doing.

Don't worry folks nobody is going to allow me within a mile of making that decision after all why should Cliff resign he still has millions in the Patriot bank to take him to retirement. I wonder if the man knows in his heart what he has done or should I say not done for the money he has been well paid for.
