Large company like that can make it appear trival writing it off over sevaral 1/4 as risk..... but their profit last 1/4 was only 42 million USD.... so 5 million(my guess) out the window... on a plan that back fired...that they did not need to do.. hurt them,, I realize that taking us to California court and spending couple years has hurt us more... if you would like to admit it or not it was a mistake for them,,,,

PS....rest assured if our company made a mistake like that,,, it would be a conversation for years to come...
