Ron,

I understand the verdict of no-infringement at the ITC, but didn't we win on the domestic industry side? If so, how long will it take the Judge to reconsider and make public?

Also, I noticed a post from BaNosser asking if anyone notified O. of the recusal that he posted a few days ago. Did you happpen to notify O. or should one of us do it soon?

Thanks for all that you do here. Being in 2 different courts has not make it easy for SH's to keep up with all of the proceedings---I know that I am still confused on a date that we may actually know something--from either court!! LOL
