Waiting for a buy out?

Is twobuckchuck(Leckrone) and our board waiting for a buy-out offer of say 500 million? If we were to win this ITC battle, wouldn't one of the accused, say Samsung or even chip maker TI or Qualcomm see some value in controlling the MMP? 500 million isn't that big of number in the electronics industry. I'd prefer about 800 million but just may let my shares go for less. Why continue to litigate with everyone?
