If the info that PTSC published in their 10q is correct, today is the day that the decision by the ITC on the Petition for Review of the Initial Determination is supposed to be made.
According to the 10q, PTSC said they expected the decision on the petition 45 days from the date of the Initial Determination. The ID was issued on September 6. With that in mind, and with the understanding that the ITC "tolled" (ie, continued) all of it's deadlines by the 16 days of the government shutdown, that would push the 45 days to 61 days, which is TODAY.
Since PTSC was unprofessional enough to not only refuse to clarify my e-mailed question to them (link below), but to even acknowledge the question/e-mail, then I'll have to assume they stand by their 10q date, and thus we should see something on the EDIS by end of business today. Let's hope for the best!
