Could this be DL's way of trying to retain contol of the MMP/situation? Perhaps he felt threatened that PTSC was about to take over the reigns of PDS and/or majority control of the MMP. This act might keep him in the driver's seat for the duration. I simply can not imagine that he got the BoD's blessing before following through with this. We need someone with whom we can communicate--Maybe we should try talking to DL himself as he seems to be in charge of everything. Does he not understand that there is a public company with shareholder's who have been waiting for years for this to end??? GL, ads
