Thanks for the post. My main point was Lamberts was able to find the ID before it was posted officially on the ITC file archive when Judge Gildea issued his ID. So I'm wondering if the Commission's decision has been made and the appeal was the only recourse. When I refer to being told we wouldn't appeal, that conversation was with the company where I was told there would be no point to appeal. Unfortunately, even the conversations had with the company do not proove to be accurate. There is absolutely no way to confirm any information prior to it being documented in court documents. One would think if the company says there will not be an appeal to the CAFC there wouldn't be one ... If the company was referring to the ITC, so be it ...
