Why or how did Microunity manages to sue intel and dell in 2004 and get Intel to pay out 300mill. in this 3qrt. of 2005. DEll has not settled yet. And we settled for 10mill on what is supposed to be the most important patents that our fundamental to the whole industry. This whole thing simply doesn`t ring true. for the shareholders of this company. I won`t be surprised to see Intel come out and try to block the lawsuit TPL is trying to do with Intels customers. I have never seen a large scale infringement case like this settled for peanuts like tpl and ptsc got. there are those on this board that aways seem to find a bright spot in what ever happens to this company. If you think trading at 11 cents is a great thing then god bless you. You belong in penny stocks.
