The agreement the ptsc Board made with dl to settle our suit included a 3 person panel (tpl rep/ptsc rep/independent rep). This panel was to approve ALL licenses of the mmp. We know that there has been no independent rep on this panel to date.

I suggest, (BRIAN/RON/KIDD/LARRY/Laurie maybe a few more) as my candidates to fill that third slot). They are all shareholders and have nothing to do with the parties who have been treating us and ptsc as their personal banks... (I refer to cliff, carl, gloria and of course the leckys).

Carl J, the ptsc rep on the panel allowed the Apple (as far as I know the only one we have any $ numbers on which made us all sick), Acer, Fijustu,Amazon, Hyundai licenses to go through and who knows how many more. It is my opinion that if the results of Carl being on the panel is his honest way to represent shareholders of ptsc then the apple deal alone proves we are not being represented by someone imo knows what they are doing or is working on behalf of the average Shareholder and yes once again MY OPINION!

Regarding Gloria and forensic accounting. She may call herself such but imo I am not impressed by her abilities. Just the Apple deal alone should of sent her directly to the SEC when Carl and Cliff allowed this deal to go through. She has hundreds of thousands of shares or at least she did so something is not right. In addition she sits on the BK committee of TPL representing the ptsc interest.

Gloria can and she should seek a freeze on DL's actions by proving to other bk creditors committee members that dL is leaving millions on the table with his shady license deals. She should prove and it is provable that the MMP is the major TPL asset.

The Bk Committee should therefore petition the BK Judge to have licensing deal authority taken away from the Leckrones and TPL and the judge then can order the hiring an experienced patent licensing firm or individual (see some of my previous post) to handle mmp licensing (Otterson? as long as he separates himself 100% from association with the Leckrones).

I would expect/demand that Cliff and Carl and Gloria go along with such a change or resign immediately, which to be honest I think at the least Cliff should do in any case. It is MY OPINION that the BK Judge would when faced with the facts of the duplicitous dealings of DL would immediately put a stay to any further action on the part of DL regarding at the least mmp licensing.

I believe that Gloria has failed as all employees or board members of ptsc seem to always do. Her duty on the BK committee should have already sought this action with the knowledge she has regarding the Leckrones. As Brian rightfully points out TPL patents cannot hold a candle (my words) to our patents and yet who gets the lion share of the money?

Action...... We need to hire a REAL forensic attorney and accountant to review all PTSC docs and licenses and I am sure the TPL BK committee would be willing to work with these individuals and provide the tpl docs needed to close the loop on whether there has been honesty in all of tpl and ptsc dealings regarding the patents.

There are ways we can pay for this/these folks but I can not type anymore today for personal reason however I would like to add ..... The Long and short of it is.... either we ACT NOW or just moan, complain and bitch about how we have been taken to the cleaners.
