from the apple license deal why has he filed for chapter 11?

Numbers are being thrown around but no proof of any of it. Yet PTSC has been setting on a mere $7M in cash for over a year.

So let's see if I got this right ????

Money is flowing in, DL is BK and PTSC is operating with negative cash flows.

I'm getting dizzy!!!!! :o)
