Pretty much sums it up. IMO the reason they don't communicate is because they have weaved a tangled web and anything they say can and will be used against them in a court of law. Leckrone is a master at concealment and is a snake at heart. The next problem arises when Leckrone is sued by Agility for some transgression. IMO. Not a basher just have been around long enough to see that history just repeats itself with this group. My drinking buddy is a Judge and he has given me a few names of some private practice ex SEC investigators. Like I said before it would be like me spending money to sue myself at this point. I wonder if Leckrone still has a valid license to practice law and was wondering if the State Bar has looked into his behavior. Lets hope the tide turns and we catch a break for once.
