That's been your (and others) whole agenda of posting on this Board for years; otherwise, you offer little to nothing of anything constructive or informative. This latest accusation of yours is just a continuation of your efforts to color or whitewash the truth by claiming stock price minipulation is the basis for posting criticism and lies "pretending" to be documentations and exposures of the BOD's business, judgement, transparency, and oversight failings; as well as evidence of indifference / dismissiveness to Shareholder's concerns.

Frankly, I doubt you even care. You're just trying to run interference for the disgraceful and disasterous performance of your CPA brothern, and you've obviously been so embarrased and wrong with almost everything you've written about PTSC over the past 5+ years, that you're foaming to try to discredit those who vocally opposed your view and the BODs actions, and who history proved as being accurate in their cautions and warnings.

So, lets settle this and do something worthwhile at the same time ! How about you and I make a bet over the accuracy of my post ?

If your claim about my "making the numbers up" is correct, I'll pay you $10,000 in certified funds for your personal use, and if my posting information is substantially accurate and based upon authoritative sources, you'll pay my lawyers $50,000 which will be fully used for to represent Shareholders in an investigation of the BOD's governance and actions.
