It would interesting to know what Ms Neal has done for Dan Leckrone to warrant such a bonus, and heaven knows what her "salary" must be to warrant such a bonus.

Janet Neal lives there, or at least Janet Elizabeth Neal is shown at this address in recent Electoral Rolls (Voter Lists).
It is a 6-bedroom mansion called "Sandhurst" on Shrubbs Hill Lane in Sunningdale, a VERY posh area and certainly not an business district. It was sold in March 2007 for £1.645M ($2.6M+). Neighboring properties have been listed at over £3.6M which is close to $6M.

When pressed at a Carlsbad SHAM (which Janet Neal also attended) Dan Leckrone got really upset at a question but ultimately said TPL only uses one small room of the mansion.
It would be very interesting if PTSC is in any way paying all or part of TPL's "rent" or other costs for this mansion and whether any of Ms Neal's compensation is paid directly or indirectly by PTSC.
I would imagine all three BoD members have a responsibility to audit all payments made by PTSC to any party, including reconciling such payment to detailed invoices from those being paid. Gloria Felcyn, especially, would be reasonably expected to head such an analysis as her nomination to the BoD has been clearly connected to her prowess in forensic accounting.
