If the court knew how the Leckrones are selling on the cheap the most valuable asset TPL has there would be a Trustee appointed in a minute! This is where I think Gloria has dropped her most recent ball. She supposedly sits on the BK Committee and she knows what and who the Leckrones are and what they are doing. She could if she is truly a forensic auditor prove the point that keeping the Leckrones in charge of the MMP licensing (I could care less about the rest of TPL) is fiscally irresponsible.

Assuming what you say is so but I think I will wait to hear from Ron on the matter and how he reads the agreement PTSC made with TPL.
