Is it your guess that they would all settle before the 29th or are you saying the full commisssion may declare the opponents infringed but fail to apply any punishment? If they find for the complainants....is an injunction automatic? I have no idea. Although, an injunction would be sweet justice, I might find it a little difficult to think the commission would impose such a penalty on so many companies. That is the hurdle we face. In most cases, I assume, it is generally one company pitted against another. Here, David is trying to slay a whole batch of Goliaths with one verdict. Have any of these guys faced the ITC before and lost? I sincerely hope that the decision to review is enough to scare the living s*** out of these guys. Lastly, I hate to think that politics and personal agenda might influence the result(and I have already read Moxa's post) but this aspect is what concerns me the most. good luck
