Just to be clear, my question about 4-0, 3-1 or 2-2 did not relate to the announced decision to review Gildea's ID. It was asked in reference to the results they will announce after having considered this appeal, i.e. at the end of January. Quite simply, for example, does their ruling on Domestic Market need to be 4-0 or would 3-1 be OK too? Same for the other topics of discussion.
