I agree. This is lobbyist's carving loopholes in the patent system to benefit big corporations and allow them a legal path to steal technology.

The patent troll crap is absolute nonesense. If a patent is granted then it should be also available for sale for anyone to monetize for the life of the patent.

The patent system seems to be rigged in favor of the large corporation. Big companies buy patents all of the time.....the patent system seems to place the little guy right behind the eight ball.
