In my opinion, HTC is nothing short of coporate theives and this proves it. Rake in the cash with ill-begotten technology, hire a large legal team and try to run the little guys into the ground.

I think that there should be no such thing as a "patent troll" in a capitalist society. If you invent something and patent it, you should be able to sell the patent to anyone you want and the buyer should be able to do anything they want with it. This BS about a "domestic industry" qualification is just that.
