File 298 is a must read. It is the creditor's objection to TPL's reorg plan. I highly doubt TPL's plan will be adopted. There is a possibility Alliacense could be removed from licensing as well as Dan Leckrone and other insiders. PTSC BOD, maybe jumping onto the pile would help tip the scale in your favor. Not acting is the worst possible option ... Is liquidation that bad if the creditors realize collaboration is the best way to maximize dollars to repay creditors. TPL claims they will make ~125 million for their half of the MMP over the next 3 years. The creditor committee does not fully believe that number. There are so many critcisms of the reorg plan it is funny, and they are all very good ones. The objection also speaks to how almost all the creditos have had horrible business dealings in the past and the judge can allow for Alliacense and Leckrone to be removed, along with other TPL and Alliacense insiders. TPL and Alliacense, as many know, share the same office space, employees and CEO = Dan Leckrone. Obviously there is a conflict of interest that goes against good faith bankruptcy proceedings. The question is does Leckrone know his plan is garbage and this is part of the game, or is he hiding behind some legal barrier (2 LLCs even with the same CEO etc, although. I believe the judge can remedy this), or has his web become so tangled he finally amassed so many "enemies" due to his bad behaviour that he and his family has made their money and he'll do what he can til the end. Who knows?
