They seem to have enough time and ablility to be responsible for their own affairs. Now if they could just use some of that time and ability to take care of the shareholders to whom they are legally obligated!

If they don't step up and make a power play one or more of the creditors will !!! That's just my opinion/experience, but this BK has put the ball in play.... it's anyone's game now... wait and see. I was invoved with the Fox buyout years ago... and once in play Davis came in to the distain of those trying to quietly take the company private.. Anything is possible now with all the curtains being pulled aside via the court documents... Time will tell. GLTAL
