gcduck, you're normally one of the more intelligent guys here on the board, so either you didn't completely think through my post, or you want to forget the years of fighting by PTSC Agoracom members against shareholders who have tried to rally support for the same type of effort...:-)

Here's one of the main statements:
"The Group of Shareholders believes, on the contrary, that Carlton Johnson's, Gloria Felcyn's and Cliff Flowers' continued service is counter to the best interests of shareholders."

followed by this:
"The Group of Shareholders is comprised of several members who are extremely competent in business and can help source recognizable experts in this area and who are knowledgeable of potential candidates that would be capable of running operations without the inherent conflicts existing in present management."

In Germany AND THE U.S. we say: 'the fish rots from the head down' - so replacing the head would make a huge difference without jeopardizing the licensing process.

Hence, if the BOD defenders would have instead followed the Group of Shareholders, we may have been able to force the 3 BODges to resign and been able to appoint and elect some reliable BOD members and THIS would be very good news for all of us.

But I'm sure you know this ...;-)
