Those days are over, that time has passed us by.
What we should only hope for now (imo), is that DL's strategic games do not obstruct licensing, that we somehow pull off an Injunction supportive ruling via the ITC, and that license signing fees become more financially important and valuable to our bottom line, than they have been for propaganda and promotion purposes by TPL and PTSC to simply announce that a Signing has occurred.
The leadership of PTSC has failed it's Shareholders/Owners for the 7th straight year. They've continued to try to equate License signings with proof of having a successful business model and of their strategic efforts, when it's only the profit or gain to Shareholders which is the gauge by which a public company can be judged.
It's about Money, it's about getting large enough license fees so that the existance of this company can be justified for more than a guaranteed paycheck and significant income source exclusively for Insiders and their long list of enablers and supporters.
