At some point next, he'll shout about abandoning the Chap 11 filing and threaten to change it to a 7, in order to get maximum discounts from Creditors in an effort to convince him not to.

After seeing how much in concessions he can squeeze out of the creditors, he'll get his Reorganization plan approved then likely pay off TPL's entire remaining debts with his personal funds at a huge discount.

Something along those lines is coming.
