The Creditors Committee should put a lien on that $5m house in England based on its declared use as the European HQ of TPL.
It is being or was paid for somehow, most likely from funds transferred overseas one way or another. Leckrone said only one room was "rented" by TPL - but at what rent and how paid? Furthermore, British authorities confirmed that (a) the property is not registered for business use and (b) TPL is not a registered business in the UK. How can this information get in front of the appropriate people?
