Well i understand your position, however i disagree with your conclusion.

My glass is half full.....

I am sure a trustee will decide in the best interest of the creditors.

Means to get moneys to come in using whatever way is legal possible and done in a short way. May be selling a portion of the mmp to ..... any idea who is close enough to make it quick and easy happen.....!?

Ohhh, btw. the MasterAg, requires a "ok" (for the sale of tpl parts of the mmp), done by ptsc......! buying by ptsc might not require a "ok" by Leckrone when he is removed by a trustee, but then from the trustee......

IMO! All just my interpretations based on so called "silly germans" moneys.....which could be true, but may be not.....lol
