BaNoss, as usual top notch. Wolf would be excited about these filings. I know he is not comcerned with such stuff now :-). So, after reading these filings I would say there is a reasonable chance Leckrone will be removed. Also, Moore states in his declaration in support of the creditor's reorg plan that he expects at least 300 million more to be earned by the MMP (page 14). Time will tell. Last interesting tid-bit I read related to how Moore will testify that he is currently practicing the invention at Greenarrays, which may now be needed testimony to overcome the latest change at the ITC regardng domestic industry. At least the story never gets stale...
