Laurie
I am sure I speak for many on this Board that we second Ron's comments and we are praying for the rapid and full recovery of your husband and that 2014 will be a Healthy New Year for him and your whole family.
To all who are reading this post....
If you have not please go back and read all of Laurie's (12007's) post over the past few days. There are several and I found them all very appropriate and educational even though I knew much of what she printed I tend to forget things and I also often need to review information many times as I am a bit dense as anybody who knows me can attest.
The post on fiduciary responsibility of PTSC's Board of Directors is particularly close to my heart as I have often preached this in several post I have made on Agora, in pm's as well as to Cliff himself.
I do not believe I have made my point as far as least as far as I can tell by their actions. I can only hope that I am not alone and that there are many shareholders who let the three remaining board members know that we are watching what they are doing or not doing and that we believe in holding their feet to the fire.
And yes I know that in that particular post that Laurie has quoted the legal definition of this particular action that it is highly likely that if we shareholders did go after our Board member they would use our own assets (corporate cash) against us and I am sure that they have a Board insurance liability policy. However, if they do not that would not really surprise me as I do not think much of their combined business acumen but I guess I just gave them a heads up regarding the policy. I believe that they would lose such a suit based on their history over but by putting up a minor fight it might very well cost a combined effort of shareholders more then we would be willing to spend unless a good percentage of us got involved which I believe we should.
However, read all of her post they are very enlightening.
Happy New Year to you all
Marc
