Pappy, some are working so hard to convince others that never ever chips may fall our way.

BUT:

+ 07th Jan 2014 NDOC Judge Grewel (what, if there is a surprise re. damages?)

+ 23rd Jan 2014 BK Case TPL (what, if Leckrone is removed, PTSC to deal with a trustee?)

+ 19th Feb 2014 ITC Comission (what, if an exclusion order follows final judgement ?)

plus:

Kyochera, Amazon, Acer license second part $ volume is depending on ITC ruling

i.e. Ford (til dec 2015) and other (?) further recurring payments are to be expected

IMO looks good that we will see $
